Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Bottle Tree Antiques ("we", "us") operates bottletreeantiques.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Business listings. Directory listings are compiled from publicly available sources (business websites, public maps data, and owner submissions). They contain business contact details, not personal consumer data. Owners may request updates or removal at any time via the address below.

Forms. When you submit a signup or quote form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, message) via our form processor and use them only to respond and, for business signups, to publish the listing you requested.

Analytics & advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and may show ads via Google AdSense. These services use cookies and may collect device identifiers and usage data. Google's use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads; you can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

How we use information

To operate and improve the directory, respond to inquiries, publish requested listings, and measure site performance. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & your choices

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to service the request. Business owners can request correction or removal of their listing at any time. For any privacy request, email [email protected].

Third-party links

Listings link to third-party business websites and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.

Bottle Tree app

This section covers the Bottle Tree point-of-sale and appraisal app for Android and the web (bottletree-app.dj-b02.workers.dev), operated by Banksy AI LLC.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password, or, if you choose "Continue with Google", the email address, name and Google account identifier that Google shares with us. We use Google sign-in only to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
• Inventory you enter. Sales, items, prices, descriptions, markings and the sellers you add.
• Photos. Pictures you take of items, stored so the app can show them and appraise them.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat, which tell us what you bought so we can add estimates to your account. We never receive your card number. Card payments on public storefronts are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

To run your account, store your inventory, and produce price estimates. When you request an estimate, your photos and description are sent to AI and market-data providers to identify the item and find comparable listings. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] from your account's address and we will delete your account, items and photos within 30 days.
